Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional care and support to clients in the Saline, MI area. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Manage medication reminders and report any changes in client health.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.


• Document care provided and report any concerns or incidents promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable individual.


• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.


• Willingness to undergo background check.
