Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to clients in Barton Hills, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to enhance their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Support mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organization.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Report any changes in client condition or needs to supervisory staff.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.


• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy.


• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.


• Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation not nessessary but its a plus.
