Home Care Worker

Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Care Worker in Fowlerville, MI. In this role, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry and cleaning


• Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries


• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors


• Maintain accurate records of services provided

Requirements

• Prior experience in home care or a related field not required


• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations 


• Ability to pass background checks 


• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus


• Physical ability to perform required duties, including lifting and assisting clients
