Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Scio, MI. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and a high quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation


• Provide medication reminders and support as directed


• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment


• Accompany clients to appointments or errands when needed


• Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and supervisors


• Promote a positive and respectful atmosphere for clients

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to pass background checks 


• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license/ id card


• Compassionate and patient with clients of all ages
