Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional care and support to clients in Holly, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities in their homes to promote independence, comfort, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.


• Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely.


• Prepare meals and help with feeding as needed.


• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Monitor clients’ conditions and report any changes to supervisors.


• Document care provided accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.


• Ability to communicate effectively and with compassion.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


• Ability to pass background checks and meet other regulatory requirements.


• Physical ability to perform caregiving duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
