Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team in the Village of Clarkston, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands.


• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or coordinator.


• Follow all care plans and protocols to ensure client safety and well-being.


• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus but not required.


• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.


• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.


• Background check will be required.
