Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Temperance, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.


• Provide medication reminders and support with mobility.


• Perform light housekeeping tasks including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Monitor client health and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related fields is a plus.


• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.


• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Temperance, MI.


• Ability to pass background checks.
