Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Oak Park, MI. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.


• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors or healthcare professionals.


• Assist with medication reminders according to care plans.


• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.


• Follow care plans and company policies to ensure quality and safe care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.


• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong interpersonal skills.


• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.


• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Oak Park, MI.


• Must be able to pass a background check.
