Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Troy, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to support clients' daily needs.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client wellbeing.


• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor or healthcare professionals.


• Follow care plans and ensure safety and comfort of clients at all times.


• Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.


• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and team members.


• Reliable transportation to and from client residences in Troy, MI area.


• Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies.


• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
