Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Fowlerville, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide medication reminders and monitor client health and wellbeing.


• Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their social and mental well-being.


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent quality care.


• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition or concerns to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.


• Ability to pass a background check.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in Fowlerville, MI.


• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of others.


• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
