Home Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to clients in Barton Hills, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being in a home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help clients with mobility and transfers safely.


• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe living environment.


• Follow care plans and any instructions from healthcare providers.


• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature.


• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers.


• Basic knowledge of first aid and safety procedures.


• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility.


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Barton Hills, MI.
