Home Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Caregivers to provide personalized care to clients in the Westland, MI area. As a Home Caregiver, you will support individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes. This role is ideal for those who have a genuine passion for helping others and want to make a positive difference in their community.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Help with mobility and transfer activities safely.


• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Monitor client’s health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.


• Follow care plans and adhere to established procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift clients when needed.


• Reliable, compassionate, and patient nature.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
