Home Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Caregiver to provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in Canton, MI. This role focuses on assisting individuals with daily living activities to promote their independence, comfort, and well-being in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.


• Help with mobility and transferring to prevent injury.


• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to clients’ dietary needs.


• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry and cleaning.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to healthcare professionals or family members.


• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes in Canton, MI.


• Background check may is required.
