Home Daily CDL Truck Driver | $75,000 - $80,000 per Year | Wilton, NY

About the Job:

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers to be based in Wilton, NY for a dedicated position delivering retail products within a 250-mile radius. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy home daily routes, competitive pay, and flexible time off, all while driving modern Freightliner Day Cabs and dry van trailers.

Join us for a 90% drop-and-hook operation, with routes mainly in the Wilton to Boston area (90% of routes), along with occasional backhauls. This job includes a PM shift with weekend work required, ensuring you’ll be home each day. We’re looking for 10 additional drivers to join our team to support expanded lanes.

Key Points:

• PM Shift: Start time between 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

• Days Off: Choose between consecutive days off or split days off (including one weekend day). Options available: Monday/Tuesday, Wednesday/Thursday, or split days with Wednesday/Saturday.

• Route: Mostly Wilton to Boston area (90% of routes), with occasional backhauls.

• Work Hours: Typically 10 to 12 hours per shift.

Compensation:

• Average Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

• Activity-Based Pay: $0.58 per mile, $22.50 per stop

• Weekly Safety and Performance Bonus: Earn an additional $50 per week

• Top Earners: $94,000 per year

• Pay Increase: Effective June 1, 2025, all drivers will receive a pay increase (current and new hires)!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 22 years old

• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years

• No more than three moving violations in the last three years

• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years

• Must create a profile on the FMCSA Clearinghouse (fmcsa.dot.gov) prior to hiring
