LOCAL DRIVER NEEDED:

What We Provide:

• Competitive Pay: Average $1,300 per week for 1600 miles, with top drivers earning over $1,500!
• Training Pay: $125 for 1 day of on-site training, plus $50 per ride-along (3-4 ride-alongs).
• Local Driving: Return home daily with no-touch freight.
• Consistent Schedule: Work 5 days with 2 days off. Weekends are part of the schedule.

Job Details:

• Routes: Deliveries to Walmart stores in VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV.
• Freight: Dry and refrigerated, no-touch with live unload.
• Shifts: Afternoons, nights, and weekends; availability for holidays required.
• Equipment: Newer model day cab for slip seating.

Requirements:

• Personal Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the DC area daily.
• Experience: Open to new drivers.

Additional Perks:

• Vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, and 3 weeks after 7 years.
• Support: 24/7 operations staff and maintenance shop.
• Payscale: 56 CPM to 63 CPM based on verified experience.
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop.
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load and an additional $500 after 30 days.
