Do you love designing beautiful homes for your customers, but don’t like traditional retail hours? Then we have just the place for you, we are Willis Furniture, the #1 place for fine home furnishings in the Virginia Beach area. With over 130 years of great customer experiences, we have built a reputation as not only the place to shop but also the best place to work if you love home furnishings. We carry 100+ lines of furniture, rugs, accessories, and mattresses so you can fulfill all of your customer’s needs and not have to work any nights. We also pay commissions on written sales, so you don't have to wait to earn what you are worth.

We are looking for:

A 2 or 4 year degree

At least 1 year of Sales Experience, home furnishings or fashion experience preferred

Understanding of basic design principles and space planning

The ability to work Saturdays and some holidays (our showroom closes at 6pm every weekday and 5:30pm on Saturday).

Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills

Transportation and a valid driver’s license necessary
