About the Role:

Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Brooklyn, NY. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.

Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.

Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with care plans.

Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a safe environment.

Transport clients to appointments and assist with mobility and transfers.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Home Health Aide certification preferred.

Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility.

Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour
