Home Health Aide

Description of the role:

The Personal Care Aide will assist individuals with daily living activities and provide basic care services. They will also help patients with personal hygiene, monitor their vitals, and offer emotional support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks


• Help with transferring and mobility


• Provide companionship and emotional support


• Follow care plans and document observations

Requirements:

• Able to work independently 


• Own transportation 


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Own transportation and two forms of ids
