Home Health Aide

University Home Care in Ypsilanti, MI is looking for a dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing assistance to patients in their homes, helping them with activities of daily living and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Provide basic health care services, such as checking vital signs and administering medication


• Help patients with mobility issues and perform light housekeeping tasks


• Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Certification as a Home Health Aide


• Previous experience in home care or a related field


• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care


• Two forms of identification


• Own transportation
