Home Health Aide

Description of the role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at University Home Care in Canton, MI. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to patients in their homes, helping them with daily tasks and personal care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients


• Help patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises


• Medication reminders 


• Keep accurate records of patient care activities

Requirements:

• two form of ids 


• Own Transportation 


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
