Description of the role

University Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in Fair Haven, MI. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Provide medication reminders and assistance with prescribed exercises


• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation


• Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior

Requirements

• Two forms of ids 


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
