Description of the role

University Home Care is currently seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team in Plymouth, MI. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care tasks


• Provide companionship and emotional support


• Help with mobility and transfer assistance


• Record and report patient progress 


• Follow individual care plans

Requirements

• Two forms of ids


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently


• Reliable transportation
