University Home Care is seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team in Fenton, MI. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care activities


• Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team


• Help with mobility and physical therapy exercises


• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
