Description of the role:

As a Home Health Aide at University Home Care in Troy, MI, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our clients and help them maintain their independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients


• Administer medication under the direction of a healthcare professional


• Help patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises


• Keep accurate records of patient care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Reliable Transportation 


• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
