Home Health Aide

Description of the role:

University Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Provide medication reminders and assistance


• Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation


• Report any changes in patient's condition to the healthcare team
