Home Health Aide

Description of the role:

The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities for patients in their homes. You will be going to the client home to assist them with things they can no longer do by themselves.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Medication reminder as needed


• Help with light housekeeping tasks


• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients

Requirements:

• Two forms of ids and own transportation 


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
