Home Health Aide

Description of the role:

The Home Health Aide will provide assistance to patients in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role involves helping patients with daily tasks, monitoring their health and providing emotional support.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Providing basic health-related services, such as checking vital signs and administering medication reminders


• Assisting with light household chores and meal preparation


• Documenting patient care and reporting any changes in condition to the supervising nurse

Requirements:

• Driver license 


• Own car, car insurance, car registration 


• Able to work independently
