Responsibilities:

  Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

  Support with mobility, transfers, and light exercises

  Provide companionship and emotional support

  Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

  Perform light housekeeping and laundry

  Follow individualized care plans and communicate any changes to the care team

  
  

Requirements:

  Reliable transportation and valid ID
