Description of the role:

University Home Care is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in Armada, MI. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for assisting patients with personal care, light housekeeping, and other activities of daily living.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to patients


• Assist with activities of daily living


• Perform light housekeeping tasks


• Document patient interactions and care provided

Requirements:

• Two valid forms of ids 


• Compassionate and caring attitude


• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
