Home Health Aide

Description of the role:

University Home Care is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides to provide personalized in-home healthcare services to our patients in Auburn Hills, MI. You will be going into the client home to assist them with their care plan.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care tasks


• Medication reminders


• Light housekeeping 


• Help with basic household tasks


• Monitor patients' health and report any changes

Requirements:

• Two forms of ids


• Own transportation 


• Excellent communication skills


• Compassionate and patient-oriented
