Home Health Aide

Description of the role:

The Home Health Aide will provide assistance with activities of daily living for patients in their homes. This includes personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with personal care tasks


• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding


• Medication reminders 


• Performing light housekeeping duties


• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE DRIVER LICENSE


• Own Car, car insurance , and car registration


• 
  MUST HAVE ALL VACCINES  


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
