Home Health Aide

Description of the role:

University Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team in Barton Hills, MI. The Home Health Aide will provide personal care and health-related services to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming


• Monitor and record patient health information


• Assist with medication reminders


• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients


• Perform light housekeeping tasks


• Follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Two forms of valid ids 


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to lift and move patients


• Reliable transportation
