Home Health Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide in-home care services to our clients in Milford, MI. The ideal candidate will assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing


• Support clients with mobility and transfers


• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and behavior to nursing staff


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed


• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment


• Provide companionship and support to clients


• Follow care plans and adhere to established protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently


• Two forms of ids 


• Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes
