Home Health Aide

Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Health Aide in Garden City, MI. In this role, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities to promote their health, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed.


• Help with light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.


• Monitor clients’ health and report any concerns or changes to nursing staff or supervisors.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.


• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with all safety and health regulations.

Requirements

• Ability to provide compassionate and patient care.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.


• Willingness to undergo background checks .
