Home Health Aide

Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Health Aide in Taylor, MI, where you will provide compassionate in-home care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This role offers flexible hours and competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.


• Provide medication reminders and assist with simple health care tasks as directed.


• Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to nursing staff or supervisors.


• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and comply with patient confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.


• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.


• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
