Home Health Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides to provide exceptional care and assistance to clients in their homes in Birmingham, MI. The ideal candidate will help improve clients’ quality of life by supporting daily living activities and promoting independence in a safe and respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility


• Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring


• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation


• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed


• Report changes in clients’ condition to supervising healthcare professionals


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Requirements

• Two forms of valid ids 


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Birmingham, MI


• Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies
