Home Health Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team in Whitmore Lake, MI. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential support and care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Support patients with mobility and transfers as needed.


• Monitor and report changes in patients’ health or behavior 


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.


• Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals accurately.

Requirements

• Two forms of valid ids.


• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and families.


• Reliable transportation to travel within the Whitmore Lake area.


• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices..
