Home Health Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide quality in-home care to our clients in Marysville, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety, and supporting their independence in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Help with mobility and transferring, including the use of assistive devices as needed.


• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as required.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.


• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.


• Reliable, compassionate, and patient.


• Ability to pass background checks and any required drug screenings.
