Home Health Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide quality in-home care to our clients in South Lyon, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.


• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely.


• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health and well-being.


• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning.


• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to healthcare supervisors.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is a plus.


• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in South Lyon, MI.


• Ability to pass background checks as applicable.
