Home Health Aide

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely


• Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to nursing staff


• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, meal preparation, and errands


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related caregiving role is a plus


• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation not required but is a plus.
