Home Health Aide

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior to nursing staff and family members.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in a respectful and caring manner.


• Maintain a safe and clean environment in clients’ homes.


• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.


• Assist with medication reminders as directed 

Requirements

• Previous experience in home health care or related field is a plus.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
