Home Health Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide personalized care and support to clients in Rochester Hills, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities to enhance their quality of life in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Help with mobility and light physical exercises as directed.


• Perform light housekeeping duties including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.


• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to nursing staff or supervisors.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home health aide or related role is a plus.


• Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy towards clients.


• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Rochester Hills, MI.


• Background check clearance.
