Home Health Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide quality in-home care to clients in Dexter, MI. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities and help them maintain their independence and well-being in a comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing


• Help clients with mobility and transferring


• Provide medication reminders as directed


• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment


• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to healthcare professionals


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients


• Maintain accurate records of care provided

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related caregiving role is a plus


• Ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Reliable and trustworthy with a compassionate nature


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is preferred but not required. 


• Ability to pass background checks and meet state health requirements
