Home Health Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team in Howell, MI. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential support and personal care to our clients in their homes, helping to improve their quality of life and maintain their independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to the healthcare team


• Assist with medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks as directed


• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients


• Document care provided and communicate effectively with supervisors and family members

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role is a plus


• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Reliable, compassionate, and patient with clients


• Ability to pass a background check


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
