REQUIREMENTS (Simple):

  Valid Home Health Aide Training Certificate (30/60/70/75-hour)

  Certificate signed by RN (unless completed online)

  Valid Driver's License (not expired, suspended, or revoked)

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable vehicle with active auto insurance

  
  


• 
  

  Pass standard background checks (DODD, DRC, Exclusion List, Nurse Aide Registry, Offender Watch, OIG, SAM)

  
  


• 
  

  Pass written & skills test at 80% (unless you have previous results)

  Commit to minimum 20 hours per week
