JOB SUMMARY: Provide routine individualized healthcare to the elderly, convalescents, or person with disabilities in the patient's home or in a healthcare facility. The HHA will be responsible for monitoring and reporting changes in patient's health status. They will also provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming the patient.

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent.
Has completed 75 hours of Home Health Aide training per State of Florida regulations.
Maintain a current and valid driver's license and auto insurance policy with three (3) points or less.
Maintain reliable transportation to patients located in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, tact, and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and co-workers.
