Job Description - Home Health Aide CHHA Hospice Per Diem/Visit

Our Next Care Hospice Agency is seeking a licensed, Home Health Aide professional who provides personal care and services for the terminally ill patients in their places of residence (Homes, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, etc.).

Job Type: Per Diem, Part-time or Full-time

Pay: $35/visit

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates must have one year direct patient care experience in acute or sub acute care.

Good documentation skills required.

Ability to travel per job requirement.

EDUCATION

HA Certification (Required)

Driver's License (Required)

US work authorization (Required)

Compensation: $35.00 per hour
