Home Health Aide / CNA

Signature Healthcare at Home is seeking to add an HHA in north Snohomish and Skagit County!

This position would cover Snohomish County (Marysville and Stanwood areas) and Skagit County (Mount Vernon, Burlington, and surrounding areas) for the client territory.

This position has flexible scheduling with visits Monday through Friday day shift, with self-directed scheduling dependent on patient needs and territory. If you enjoy a high level of autonomy, travel and meeting patients where they are, apply today!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Makes home visits to provide or assist patient with personal hygiene including shampooing hair, grooming, bathing, shaving, dressing, oral care and/or nail care as instructed by the Registered Nurse's plan of care.
• Performs procedures as assigned to include personal care, ambulation / exercise and household services essential to health care at home.
• Assists patients with medications that are normally self-administered if necessary and reports changes in patient's condition and needs.
• Completes and submits patient visit documentation notes in home before heading to next appointment.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 

• Must be licensed and maintain active licensure to practice in Washington State as a Home Health Aide and/or Certified Nurse's Assistant.
• Must hold and maintain an active BLS CPR certification.
• The ability to drive and/or have access to transportation for agency related travel (e.g. patients, community partners, etc.) is an essential function of the job. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clinicians with experience in Home Health or post-acute care.
• Familiarity with Homecare Homebase EMR.

Schedule, Pay and Benefits

• Part to Full-time flexible hours between Monday through Friday available, have ability to set own schedule.
• Hourly $22 - 28/ hour + Mileage Reimbursement.
