Job Description - Home Health Aide (HHA) Palm Beach Gardens, FL (33418)

Matrix Home Care is actively seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to assist a patient in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Zip Code 33418).

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

• 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate:

• $17–18 per hour

Patient Needs:

• Assistance with walker and wheelchair mobility

• Support with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Light personal care assistance

• Small dog in the home

Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Provide mobility and transfer assistance

• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Provide compassionate companionship and support

• Observe and report any patient condition changes to clinical staff

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Active HHA certificate or CNA license preferred

• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
