JOB SUMMARY

Abernathy Home Care is actively hiring compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), and Homemakers to support seniors and adults throughout Woburn and the surrounding communities.

We currently have weekday, overnight, and weekend opportunities available and will work with you to build a schedule that fits your availability. Whether you're looking for a few shifts each week or consistent ongoing hours, we have cases available now.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (HHA/PCA)


• Provide companionship and emotional support


• Assist with meal preparation


• Perform light housekeeping and homemaking tasks


• Support clients in maintaining independence at home


• Accompany clients on errands and appointments when needed


• Follow care plans and communicate changes to the care team


• Deliver care with dignity, respect, and professionalism

REQUIREMENTS

• HHA or PCA certification preferred for caregiving positions


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


• Current TB documentation or chest x-ray


• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude


• Ability to work independently

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to assist with daily living activities, light lifting, standing, walking, household tasks, and client support as required.
